♥Yam and Nameko Mushrooms with Japanese Horseradish♥

INGREDIENTS
(4 servings)
250g yam
200g nameko mushroom
2 tbsp dashi soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
5g fresh Japanese horseradish
DIRECTIONS
①Boil nameko mushroom. Drain water that is left in the nameko mushroom with a colander.
②Cut the yam into 1cm cubes.
③Mix the dashi soy sauce, mirin, fresh Japanese horseradish.
④Dress the yam and nameko mushroom with ③.
⑤Cool ④ in a fridge. And serve it in a bowl.
