♥Simmered Chicken with Lemon, Salty-Sweet Sauce♥
30g maitake mushroom
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp potato starch
4 tsp rice bran oil
4 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp sake
1 tsp lemon juice
① Trim the fat off the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
②Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat it with potato starch.
③Put some rice bran oil in the frying pan and cook the chicken.
When the chicken is cooked, add the maitake mushrooms to a frying pan
and stir-fry it.
④When the maitake mushrooms are cooked, add soy sauce, mirin, sake,
and beet sugar and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
⑤ Add lemon juice and lemon and serve it on a plate.
