150g shiitake mushroom
preferred amount japanese white radish
preferred amount boiled whitebait
preferred amount green onion
to taste yuzu ponzu sauce
①Cut the shiitake mushroom into quarters.Finely chop the green onion.
②Stir-fry the shiitake mushroom in a frying pan.
③Finely grate the Japanese white radish.
④Put the shiitake mushroom on the plate. And ③, the boiled whitebait
and the green onion on it.
⑤Pour ponzu sauce on it.
