♥Pork and Chinese Chive Chijimi (Korean Pancakes)♥
10g green onion
200g cake flour
40g potato starch
4 tsp chicken broth mix
sesame oil for cooking chijimi
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp beet sugar
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
preferred amount chili oil
preferred amount white sesame seeds
① Cut the pork into 1 cm pieces and the chives into 5 cm pieces. Finely chop the green onion.
② Mix cake flour, potato starch, egg, water, chicken broth mix, salt and add ①and mix well.
③ Cook both sides in sesame oil until it becomes golden brown.
④ Mix the ingredients of the sauce.
