Deep Fried Noodle with Starchy Sauce

INGREDIENTS
(2 servings)

2 deep fry noodles
250g shelled shrimp
100g sliced pork
10  quail egg
60g carrot
4 shiitake mushroom
130g  chinese cabbage
4g ginger
2 tsp  sesame oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
300ml water
1 tbsp  chicken broth mix
2 tsp beet sugar
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sake
1.5-2 tbsp  water-mixed potato starch

DIRECTIONS

①Boil the quail egg and peel the shell. Cut the pork into 3 cm pieces.

②Cut the carrot into stripes, shiitake mushroom into 2 mm pieces,  Chinese cabbage into 3cm pieces, ginger into long strips.

③ Combine water, chicken broth mix, beet sugar, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.

④ Fry the vegetable, pork and shelled shrimp (season it the salt and pepper) in the sesame oil in a frying pan.

⑤When it cooked, put ③ in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.

⑥Bring to a boil and thicken it potato starch.

⑦Put ⑥ on the deep fry noodles.
