【Recipe】Deep-Fried Marinated Yellowtail

♥Deep-Fried Marinated Yellowtail ♥

INGREDIENTS
(2 servings)

2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin
8g ginger
200g yellowtail
1 tbsp corn starch
opitional rice bran oil
150g japanese radish
2 tbsp ponzu
1/3 lemon
preferred amount green onion

DIRECTIONS

①Finely grate the japanese radish and ginger.

②Cut lemons into wedges. Wipe off excess water the yellowtail with a paper towel.

③Combine the sake, dark soy sauce, mirin, ginger juice in a plastic bag.
And put the yellowtail in it and put it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

④Wipe off excess water the yellowtail with a paper towel. And coat with potato starch.

⑤Deep fry the yellowtail in rice bran oil.

⑥Put the Japanese radish and green onion on the yellowtail. And pour the ponzu on it and put the lemon on a plate.
