♥Deep-Fried Marinated Yellowtail ♥
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp corn starch
opitional rice bran oil
150g japanese radish
2 tbsp ponzu
preferred amount green onion
①Finely grate the japanese radish and ginger.
②Cut lemons into wedges. Wipe off excess water the yellowtail with a paper towel.
③Combine the sake, dark soy sauce, mirin, ginger juice in a plastic bag.
And put the yellowtail in it and put it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
④Wipe off excess water the yellowtail with a paper towel. And coat with potato starch.
⑤Deep fry the yellowtail in rice bran oil.
