♥Curry-Flavored Fried Chicken (a low-salt diet)♥

INGREDIENTS
(4 servings)
600 g skinless chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
2 tbsp grated cheese
1/2 tbsp curry powder
dash garlic granules
dash salt
dash pepper
1 tsp ginger sauce
1 egg
optional potato starch
optional rice bran oil
DIRECTIONS
①Place raw chicken, soy sauce ,sake ,grated cheese, curry powder, garlic granules,
salt, pepper, ginger sauce and egg in a plastic bag. And rub it.
②Coat raw chicken with potato starch.
③Heat rice bran oil. And deep-fry chicken and drain on paper towels.
④Put fried chicken on a plate.
