♥Chicken with Salted Green Onin Sauce♥

INGREDIENTS
(2 servings)
200g chicken
1 tsp sake
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chicken broth mix
1/2 japanese leek
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
①Trim the fat off the chicken.
②Combine the sake, pepper, salt and chicken broth mix in the plastic bag.
③Put the chicken in ②. And marinate the chicken in the sauce.
And put it for 30 minute in the refrigerator.
④Chop the japanese leek into small pieces.
⑤Cook the chicken in a frying pan.
⑥Combine the green onion, salt, sesame oil, lemon juice.
And put it on the chicken.
