【Recipe】Carrot Potage with Soy Milk

♥Carrot Potage with Soy Milk♥

INGREDIENTS
(2 servings)

150g carrot
50g onion
10g unsalted butter
200ml water
3g stock cubes
120ml pure soy milk
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
optional  dried parsley

DIRECTIONS

①Thinly slice the carrot and the onion.

②Fry the onion in butter until it becomes wilted.

③Put the carrot, the onion and water in the pot. And cook until they become wilted.

④Let ③ cool for 30 minutes and puree it with a blender.

⑤Put ④, soy milk, stock cubes, salt, black pepper in the pot.

⑥Serve the dish and sprinkle dried parsley.

Carrot contains a lot of β-carotene;)
You can take in dietary fiber and plant protein!!
