【Recipe】Broccoli Potage with Pure Soy Milk

♥Broccoli Potage with Pure Soy Milk♥

INGREDIENTS
(4 servings)

250g broccoli
1 tsp salt
100g onion
20g unsalted butter
400ml water
5g stock cubes
200ml pure soy milk
black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

①Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces. Thinly slice the onion.

②Put water (not included in recipe) in the pot. when it comes to a boil,
put the broccoli and the salt in it. Cook it until the broccoli becomes wilted.

③Drain the broccoli using a strainer.

④Fry the onion in butter until it becomes wilted.

⑤ Put the water(400ml), the broccoli and the onion in the pot. And cook it.

⑥Let ⑤ cool for 30 minutes and puree it with a blender.

⑦Put ⑥, stock cubes, pure soy milk, black pepper in the pot, And cook it.

⑧Serve the dish.

Broccoli contains vitamin C!!
